Water- based, easy to use, two part, rubberized, permanent crack filler, 4Seasons® provides a permanent bond while staying flexible for life. For use in expansion joints between concrete and asphalt, spalded (de-laminated) pavement, alligator cracks, asphalt or concrete cracks 3/8" or greater. Yields aprox 2 liquid gallons.

4Seasons® ecoBOND Primer is a premium grade, LOW VOC, pavement primer designed for use with 4Seasons® Pavement Repair products to increase adhesion to concrete and asphalt surfaces. Suggested applications: on spalded concrete or asphalt; in expansion joints; on flat work on concrete or asphalt; on alligator cracks. Product may be brushed or rolled on. Allow 10-20 minutes dry time before applying 4Seasons® Pavement Repair products. Covers 100-400 sq ft per gallon dependent on surface porosity.

A special blend of water-based asphalt emulsion, polymers and resins 4Seasons® Ultra Flex Crack Filler is the liquid do-it-yourself repair for cracks and expansion joints in asphalt and concrete driveways and parking areas.4Seasons® Ultra Flex Crack Filler's shake and pour liquid formula comes with applicator tip,
for customizable dispensing. The Ultra Flex liquid forms a tough, elastic seal upon cure. For use on cracks up to 3/8" wide. Available in
1 Gallon (yields 100 linear feet of 3/8"x3/8" cracks). 5 Gallon (yields 500 linear feet of 3/8"x3/8" cracks).

SIMPLY: Dispense PART A LIQUID into premarked pail liner, add one PART B aggregate bag, mix and pour into pothole or cracks.

Lasting longer than 10 year seal coats, the PAH Compliant water based sealer delivers the longest lasting, rich black finish to your pavement, without the hazards of coal tar emulsions*. Use as the final step in your pavement preservation, applying after surface has been properly cleaned. Pavement cracks and potholes should be repaired with appropriate 4Seasons Pavement Repair Product and allowed to cure (at least 24 hrs) before sealing with Drive Coat. (New asphalt driveways require 4-6 weeks curing before sealing. Not for use on concrete.) Apply with squeegee or driveway sealer brush. Soap and water clean up.
